The standard rate covers the stay, feeding and fresh water according to your instructions, routine tidying around the cage, and normal day-to-day attention for up to 2 accepted small birds that already live together. Groups of 3–6 birds and unlisted species receive manual pricing review.

We mainly care for budgies, cockatiels, lovebirds, finches, canaries, small parakeets and similar small companion birds. Another species can still be submitted for manual review.

Bring the cage your bird normally lives in whenever possible, enough usual food for the stay, preferred treats if you want them used, and clear care instructions.

Tell us if your bird has been sick, is recovering, or has shown unusual symptoms in the last 30 days. A recent illness does not automatically rule out a stay, but it must be disclosed. We maintain one separate-care area and confirm that it is available before accepting that request.

Sending the form is a request, not an automatic reservation. We review the dates, bird details, health disclosures and care needs first. The stay is confirmed only after it is accepted.

Ottawa Bird House is in Morgan's Grant in Kanata, Ottawa. Drop-off is the standard option, and exact drop-off details are provided after a stay is accepted.
